INGREDIENTS To GRIND Chana Dal - 1/2 cup Garlic - 2 cloves FOR BATTER Rice flour - 2 cups Salt - as required Mixer wash and Water - as required Channa dal 1/4 cup INSTRUCTIONS 1. Soak the chana dal for 2 hours 2. Grind soaked chana dal and garlic pods to a fine paste 3. To a mixing bowl add the rice flour, ground chana dal mix, salt, water and mix to a batter consistency 4. Add in the whole chana dal and give a good mix 5. Heat up oil in a wok 6. Gently pour the batter in the center and spread the whole chana dal to all sides 7.
